Abstract

Organizational survival is a vital concern for businesses in today's dynamic and competitive environment. This paper delves into the significance of entrepreneurial attitudes, particularly proactiveness, in ensuring organizational survival. The study explores how organizations can harness entrepreneurial behaviors to enhance their performance and growth, regardless of the challenges posed by their operating environment. By fostering an entrepreneurial attitude, organizations gain a competitive advantage, allowing them to continuously identify, create, and capitalize on opportunities, positioning them ahead of their competitors.
